About Us
What we do & What we aim to achieve:

It is our goal at CrossFit Epidemic to help each member achieve maximum fitness and wellness in the shortest amount of time possible through the methodologies of CrossFit training.

 - 1 hour group training classes with certified coaches
 - Different workout every day (Warm Up, Skills, & High Intensity WOD portion)
 - Scalable for ANY fitness level

Workouts include:
 - Weightlifting
 - Kettle bells
 - Power/Olympic Lifting
 - Gymnastics Skills (pull ups, push ups, air squats, exc)
 - Cardiovascular/metabolic conditioning type movements (running, jump rope, exc)

What we offer:

- Group CrossFit Classes
- Group Weightlifting Classes (Click on the 'weightlifting' tab for more info)
- Off class hour private, personal training (by appointment only)

We offer you a FREE WEEK (for Crossfit classes) or ONE FREE CLASS (for weightlifting) to try out the workouts to see if it's going to work for you. CrossFit Class Times:  
*Weekday classes are 1 hour in length. Saturday class runs 1 1/2 hours*

Monday - Friday: 6AM, 7AM,8AM, 9AM, 3:30PM 4:30PM, 5:30PM, 6:30PM*(No 6:30p on Fridays)
Saturday: 9 - 10:30AM
Sunday: Open Gym 11am-1pm*Mandatory 5 member sign up by 8pm Sat to open*
